For luxury watches lovers, Antic Horologivm brought the concept of pre-owned watch store on the Romanian market. The new store of Antic Horologivm, owned by watch expert Mihai Ceciu may be found on 5, Boteanu Street.

The new store is targeted as a place for refined collectors and for “trend victims,” attracted both by famous brands and by the story of some highly personal watches.

The brands exhibited here are among the most famous and valuable in the luxury watch manufacturing industry: Audemars Piguet, Breguet, Cartier, Chopard, Franck Muller, Girard Pierregaux, Rolex, Omega, Vacheron Constantin, Zenith, etc.

The star of the collection is a watch evaluated at the price of a full-option vehicle, named Audemars Piguet – Royal Oak, with a perpetual calendar and skeleton, usually sold in stores at EUR 85,000, yet available in the Horologivm store at the price of EUR 35,000, granted one-year guarantee. For all of those who want to impress b wearing a Jaeger Le Coultre of EUR 13,000, they might buy here a one-month “old” watch for EUR 10,000. If one cannot afford these sums, he might buy a Graham – limited edition that totalizes only 100 copies worldwide, for merely EUR 3,000.

The oldest watch of Horologivm is a Rolex made in 1988–1989, which happens to be the cheapest product of the collection as well. It may be purchased at the price of EUR 1,960. Despite of its age, the watch is well preserved and perfectly functional.

The cheapest watches of the store will cost EUR 1,000–1,500 which means that they are usually traded at a retail price of EUR 2,000–2,500. The value of the watches in our store is up to 50 per cent cheaper than their initial value, Mihai Ceciu explained.

The owner of the store is considered as one of the top ten horologists of the world, according to the World Watchmakers and Horologists Association Standards, attending master classes in Switzerland and being granted also an one-year scholarship to Wostep Neuchatel, Switzerland’s most famous watch manufacturing school.
