Description

The H.F.S. Skeleton collection is inspired by a patent of 1896 # CH12017. Its movement is based on the original design created by Henri-Frédéric Sandoz, founder of the Tavannes Watch Co, himself. The skeletonized movement is highlighted by the see-through crystal on the front and on the back of the watch. As soon as you wind it up, its heart starts to beat.


FUNCTIONS


SWEEP SECOND
A hand marking seconds on a timepiece mounted concentrically with the other hands and read from the same dial as the minute hand.

HOURS
A hand which tracks hours, it completes a full rotation in twelve hours.

MINUTES
A hand which tracks minutes, it completes a full rotation in sixty minutes.

MOVEMENT

TA M05
Swiss Mechanical skeleton movement inspired by patented Tavannes Watch Co. movement N°12017 dated from 1896 with a power reserve of 42H.
Displays the hours and minutes.
The TA M05 movement which contains 17 jewels rotates at a frequency of 3 Hz / 21’600 vibrations per hour. It is decorated with ‘’Côte de Genève’’ and blued screws.
